Amanda Cernich

Amanda joined HVG in July 2024 and is currently overseeing the Midwest Portfolio. She is a highly accomplished Regional Manager with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Amanda began her career as a Leasing Consultant in 2002 and worked through each role, where she developed a thorough understanding of property operations from the ground up. Amanda’s extensive experience and dedication to the industry has earned her a reputation as a trusted and effective Regional Manager.  She consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication to her team and the performance of her properties. She excels in optimizing property performance, implementing cost-saving strategies, and enhancing resident satisfaction. Amanda is particularly known for her exceptional team-building abilities, fostering a collaborative and motivated workforce that consistently achieves high performance. Her leadership is characterized by a hands-on approach, creating a strong team.

Outside of work, she is an active member of her community, volunteering her efforts toward local housing initiatives. She enjoys spending time with her family, road trips to music festivals, and camping.
