Andresa Bedor

Andresa Bedor joined the HVG Team as a Property Accountant in July of 2023. She oversees the accounting cycle for properties, identifies suitable financial processes, and supports the accounts payable process for the company. Her association with operational counterparts and asset managers ensures the efficiency and overall success of the organization. Prior to joining HVG, Andresa acquired well-rounded accounting experience founded in a diverse range of companies including public, private, and non-profit firms.

Outside of the office, Andresa volunteers with animal rescue organizations to help manage grants and organize fundraising. Besides her volunteer work, she enjoys reading about sociology, practicing yoga, and swimming.
