Bill Porter

Bill is responsible for acquisitions and dispositions including sourcing, due diligence, and broker relations. He joined HVG in February 2023. Prior to joining HVG, he was SVP of Acquisitions for KC Venture Group. Before KC Venture Group, Bill was the SVP of acquisitions for Towne Properties for 5 years and AIMCO for 10 years. During Bill’s career, he has closed over $4.5B in acquisitions and more than $1B in dispositions.

Bill graduated from Georgetown College with Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys.
