Jonathon Bailey

Jonathon joined the HVG Team in August of 2024. He is responsible for analytics, market research, underwriting, due diligence, material preparation, and asset management. Prior to joining HVG, Jonathon worked at a Denver based real estate company where he led their valuations process, market research, and assisted with other investment activities. Jonathon graduated from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance.

Outside of the office Jonathon enjoys golfing, water skiing, fishing, and snow skiing with family and friends.
