Melissa Rankin

Melissa Rankin is responsible for overseeing operational processes, providing data-driven insights, and coordinating special projects for portfolio-wide leasing and operational efforts. She serves as a central partner to the Property Management and Asset Management teams, driving consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization.

Melissa brings more than 20 years of experience in multifamily real estate, spanning both affordable housing and market-rate properties, including 14 years in Asset Management overseeing a national portfolio. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, attending her sons' sporting events, and exploring the outdoors with family and friends.
