Patrick Bailey

Patrick Bailey is the President and founder of Triton Properties and has been involved in numerous real estate-based investments throughout the United States. He has been responsible for the acquisition and management of over 4,000 apartment units and several mixed use and commercial properties during the last 30 years.

In addition to leading the operations of Triton, Mr. Bailey has also overseen the acquisitions, financing, renovations, and dispositions of the group’s holdings.

Patrick is an active investor in several real estate and business entities with a current diversified portfolio of multi-family, commercial, land holdings and various private equity investments. His holdings have included several thousand apartment units and commercial properties in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Southern California, and Michigan.

Mr. Bailey is a graduate from Seneca College in Toronto, Canada with an Honors Business Degree.

Patrick has been a resident of Colorado for 32 years and resides in Denver with his wife Jamie. They have two grown children who also live in Denver.
