Sean Doty

 Sean Doty joined HVG in January 2025 as Training Manager, bringing expertise in training, development, and property management. He designs and implements training programs, fosters staff growth, and ensures alignment with HVG’s core values. With a background spanning higher education, journalism, and operational management, he has held roles from leasing agent to property manager, gaining hands-on industry knowledge and a passion for developing teams.

Outside of work, Sean is a dedicated single father who enjoys mentoring, golfing, snowboarding, and skateboarding. A passionate gardener and cook, he finds creativity in nurturing plants and exploring cuisines, using food as a way to bring people together.
