Shuanta Woods

Shuanta Woods joined the multifamily industry as an Assistant Community Manager in 2003. Through her diligence and perseverance, she found success in multifamily as a Community Manager, Compliance Manager, Multi-Site Community Manager, Yardi Trainer, and Regional Manager within the industry. Shuanta has managed communities in the South across Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Alabama markets. Shuanta has worked primarily B+ to C class assets and has in-depth knowledge of value-add, re-positioning, and lease-up executions. Additionally, she has a strong understanding of due diligence analysis and strategic marketing, along with a passion for team building.

Shuanta joined Highlands Vista Group as one of the Alabama Regional Managers. Shuanta understands the quickly changing landscape of the multifamily industry and is fast to make adjustments to fit the needs of the communities and teams that she leads.
