Rees Davis has 38 years of experience in the ownership, management, and acquisition/disposition of manufactured housing communities. His experience includes senior executive roles in the public sector with ROC Properties and Chateau Communities from 1993 to 2003. In 2007, he co-founded YES! Communities and was a partner there until his retirement in 2018.

Since 2003, Rees has been President of Highline Realty Partners, and since 2005, been a partner in BaseCamp Capital. Both entities are investors in the real estate and private equity sectors.

Mr. Davis is a 1981 graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance. A Colorado native, he and his wife Barb reside in Greenwood Village and have three adult children and six grandchildren.
